we've just picked up another new costumer, in Taverham. they had closed there door onto something, and broke the locking straps. we were there the next day, and replaced all three straps, and checked the motor limits at the same time.

This isn't one of our doors, but we were contacted by the owner, to see if we could take a look, as it wasn't working properly. We soon diagnosed the problem, and replaced the motor. The old motor had done well ,it had been in daily use for over thirteen years.

Another new customer. This gentleman moved into this house a few years ago, and the door was already there. He had shut the door onto something and broken the safety straps. He found us on google, and gave us a can, we were there the next day, and had the door up and running again in no time.

This is something we haven’t done before. We fitted one of our doors to a container. Soon after, the container was painted to match the door. Another happy customer

A very happy lady in East Dereham

Happy lady

An elderly widow in Dereham, has an electric roller door which her husband had had fitted many years ago (not one of ours). She had opened the door and it went up to far and had jammed up.

She gave us a call; we went out the next morning and within 20 minuets it was up and running again.

One of the doors we fitted this week didn’t have any other access into the garage. So we fitted an external manual override. Very neat.

Break down

A very happy customer in Hingham. They purchased a door from another company three years ago, and now the company has gone bust. Their door got damaged and they didn’t know what to do. We were recommended to them, so they gave us a call. We managed to get their door up and running again in less than an hour.
